Dr. Nancy Snow is Pax Mundi Professor of Public Diplomacy, Kyoto University of Foreign Studies. Snow, Emeritus Professor of Communications at California State University, Fullerton, is a former Fulbright Professor at Sophia University in Tokyo. From 2013-2015 she was an Abe Fellow and Visiting Researcher at Keio University’s Institute for Media and Communications Research (MediaCom). Her latest book is Japan’s Information War (2016), available in print or electronic download at Amazon worldwide. Her forthcoming books are the 2019 Routledge Handbook of Public Diplomacy (with Nicholas Cull) and the Sage Handbook of Propaganda (with Paul Baines, Nicholas O’Shaughnessy).
